Delir University of Law was established with the aim of changing this reality and opening the doors of knowledge and learning for those who have been deprived of education for any reason.
At Delir University of Law, we focus particularly on individuals who have been kept away from formal education, whether due to social crises, wars, or cultural discrimination. As a non-profit online university, we offer these individuals the opportunity to restart their academic journey by utilizing our advanced and free educational system.
From Afghan girls who have been denied education in the shadows of war and discrimination, to young people in all corners of the world who could not access schools and universities due to poverty, migration, or special social circumstances, Delir University of Law offers them a gateway to knowledge and career opportunities.
Our goal is not only to provide free and up-to-date education but also to create an environment where everyone can benefit from academic knowledge and expertise and become familiar with the new world. There are no boundaries for progress and education here, and anyone from anywhere in the world can study at our university and build a bright future for themselves.

دانشگاه حقوقی دلیر: جایی برای ساختن آینده‌ای روشن برای تمام کسانی که از تحصیل دور مانده‌اند
در دنیای امروز، تحصیل نه تنها حق بلکه یک نیاز اساسی است که به هر فرد این امکان را می‌دهد تا در مسیر تحقق رویاهای خود گام بردارد. اما واقعیت تلخ این است که میلیون‌ها نفر در سراسر جهان، از جمله دختران و پسران افغان، به دلایل مختلف از تحصیل بازمانده‌اند. دانشگاه حقوقی دلیر با هدف تغییر این واقعیت و باز کردن درهای علم و دانش به روی کسانی که به هر دلیلی از آموزش محروم شده‌اند، راه‌اندازی شده است.
ما در دانشگاه حقوقی دلیر، به‌ویژه بر کسانی که از تحصیل در مکتب ها و دانشگاه‌ها به هر دلیل دور مانده‌اند، تمرکز داریم. چه این افراد به دلیل بحران‌های اجتماعی، چه جنگ‌ها، و چه تبعیض‌های فرهنگی از تحصیل بازمانده باشند، ما به عنوان یک دانشگاه آنلاین غیرانتفاعی، به آن‌ها این فرصت را می‌دهیم تا با بهره‌گیری از سیستم آموزشی پیشرفته و رایگان خود، دوباره مسیر علمی خود را آغاز کنند.
از دختران افغان که در سایه‌ی جنگ و تبعیض‌ها از آموزش محروم شده‌اند تا جوانان در هر گوشه از جهان که به‌دلیل فقر، مهاجرت یا شرایط اجتماعی خاص نتوانسته‌اند به مکتب ها و دانشگاه‌ها راه یابند، در دانشگاه حقوقی دلیر درهای علم و فرصت‌های شغلی به رویشان باز است.
هدف ما نه تنها فراهم آوردن آموزش رایگان و به‌روز است، بلکه ایجاد فضایی است که در آن، همه بتوانند از دانش و تخصص‌های علمی بهره‌مند شوند و با دنیای جدید آشنا شوند. اینجا هیچ مرزی برای پیشرفت و آموزش وجود ندارد، و همه می‌توانند از هر کجای دنیا در این دانشگاه به تحصیل پرداخته و آینده‌ای روشن برای خود بسازند.
